Teenagers can only compete in their age categories (age on the day of the finals).

Anyone at the age of 18 and up should choose between "Elite / Masters" or "Intermediate".

Below are the requirements to be able to handle the Qualifiers.

Intermediate

Gymnastic skills:
You must be able to perform at least 1 good rep

Pull Ups
Toes To Bar
Push Ups
Box Jumps

Monostructural:
Single Unders
Olympic lifts:
You must be able to lift this weight for at least 1 good rep

Clean: 60/35 kg
Snatch: 45/25 kg
Front Squat: 70/40 kg
Shoulder To Overhead: 60/35 kg

Other movements:
You must be able to use these weights in a workout

American Kettlebell Swing: 20/12 kg
Wall Ball Shots: 14/10 lbs

ELITE & MASTERS 35+

Basic gymnastic skills:

Pull ups
Toes To bar
Push Ups
Box Jumps

Higher gymnastics skills:
You must be able to perform at least 1 good rep

Chest to bar Pull Up
Muscle Up
Handstand Push Up
Pistol

Monostructural:
Double Unders
Olympic lifts:
You must be able to lift this weight for at least 1 good rep

Clean: 90/60 kg
Snatch: 75/45 kg
Front Squat: 100/70 kg
Shoulder To Overhead: 90/60 kg

Other movements:
You must be able to use these weights in a workout

American Kettlebell Swing: 28/20 kg
Wall Ball Shots: 20/14 lbs

MASTERS 45+
